1. Delivery & Availability
1.1 We do aim to deliver stocked items from our Blackburn warehouse on a next day delivery service, however this cannot be guaranteed, please allow 24-72 hours, Thompsons eParts ltd cannot be liable for any delays by our courier and freight partners whatever the cause.
1.2 Manufacturer/supplier direct orders should be delivered within 3- 5 working days, We will contact you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
1.3 Specialized or bespoke orders can take longer, ETA will be quoted at the time of order.
1.4 All orders received after 3.00pm on Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
1.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that all Product(s) ordered are acceptable and permitted in your country.
1.6 If you order Products from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
1.7 Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
2. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders.
Thompsons eParts Ltd will endeavour to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. If you receive any damaged items or do not receive all your products ordered. Please e-mail us at sales@thompsonseparts.co.uk or telephone 01254 914750 within 24 hours and your enquiry will be dealt with.
3. Cancellations and Returns.
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by returning the product to Thompsonseparts by e-mailing us at sales@thompsonseparts.co.uk or telephoning us on 01254 914750 Please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand; You will be supplied with a goods return note which should be placed in the box/item to be returned, It should be then returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Software must be sealed. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
We do not operate a try before you buy policy, If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, *You will receive a refund excluding postage and packaging cost, Please supply copy invoice with any return.
4. Return of Faulty Goods.
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
4.1 To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be: In otherwise “as new” condition; and In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 14 days cancellation period, we operate a 14-day faulty returns period. Goods found to be defective within 14 days can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer’s expense.
4.2 If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and tested. Please call 01254 914750 to acquire a returns number, Only when a Returns number is issued can you return the goods to us. Any items returned to us without a Returns number will be returned to you at your expense. All goods returned as faulty will be fully tested by our returns department to confirm that they are faulty, in the event that the item is not faulty it will be returned at your expense.
4.3 Any product returned damaged that was supplied in an as new condition and is not faulty in any other way will be returned at your cost and a refund will not be granted.
4.4 Some items cannot be returned these may include: special and made to order products, please check at time of ordering which products fall within this category.

5. Re-Stocking Fee
Your return could be subject to a re-stock fee at 15% however on some parts this could raise to a 20%, This is dependent on what our suppliers and manufacturers charge us, Please contact us to confirm, Any return can only be accepted if the part is complete, unused and packaging undamaged and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way. Any product returned damaged will be returned at your cost and a refund will not be granted.
6. Special order returns.
Special order and some non-stock items may not be able to be returned, cannot be returned as we are unable to return these items to source, please check when ordering if the required parts fall under this policy *
Warranty Claims.
All products purchased from Thompsons eParts Ltd are subject to a 12 month warranty period.
Any defect must not result from fair wear and tear, improper operation, overloading, accident, neglect or alteration after leaving our site.
Any warranty claim can only be settled once a full investigation has taken please, this may need to go through Thompsons eParts and their supplier(s) processes so claim can take some time.
