Delivery Policy

To keep delivery costs as low as possible goods are shipped using a range of couriers – APC, TNT, Royal Mail and Other shipping partners

Please note: Stated delivery costs are available to mainland UK destinations only and excludes some areas of Highland Scotland, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands, For these areas please contact for delivery quotation

*Next Working Day options are available only on ex-stock products and on orders placed Monday to Thursday up to 2.30pm GMT on the day the order is placed.( Please check before ordering if product required is available for next day delivery).

You can select your delivery option during the checkout process.

Please note that most courier deliveries (business addresses) will be made between approx. 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery.

Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no items will be left without a signature. In the event of a customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card (should) be left detailing how to arrange a re-delivery at a later date or to be collected from the nearest parcel company depot.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners.

Insurance

Standard terms of insurance apply but special insurance is available subject to conditions of carriage with prices available on request.

Terms for Delivery

We aim to deliver most items overnight and manufacturer/supplier direct orders within 3- 5 working days

We will contact you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Specialized or bespoke orders will take around 7-10 working days

Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Thompsons eParts Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in delivery however caused.

All orders received after 3.00pm on Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by Thompsons eParts Ltd

We reserve the right to contact the customer prior to dispatch of goods to inform of a change in cost of delivery.

We will deliver them in accordance with your order and a valid signature will be required on collection or delivery.

In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, you must notify us immediately.

Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your own risk.

In spite of the delivery having been made, title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid the price of the goods in full and no other sums whatsoever shall be due to us from you

Bank/ Public Holidays

No deliveries can be made on Bank/ Public Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank/Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank/ Public Holidays so orders placed on a Bank/ Public Holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.

Goods Availability

Whilst we endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, there may be on occasion times when we will need to order direct from our manufacturing and supplier partners. We will immediately notify you and backorder this item for you and dispatch the item at the earliest opportunity when they come back into stock

Important

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.
