The Gladiator system autocovers all types of loads. It is a hydraulic, automatic sheeting system for hook trucks and draw bar trailers. Using hydraulic fluid diverted from the hook system, the operator can cover any size of roll-off bin easily and safely. The Gladiator sheeting system also comes with the option of MightyMesh®; the longest-lasting tarp material available for hydraulic sheeting systems.
Installation is so simple that the sheeting system can be purchased on a supply only basis, although for those with limited facilities our sites in Blackburn and Croydon will be pleased to assist. For an installation cost please contact our Blackburnl centre on 01254 914750.
The Gladiator sheeting system has some exclusive design enhancements to make installation both quick and simple. Unique to the sheeting system is the compact manifold, which not only makes it the smoothest and most synchronised on the market it removes the need for multiple manifolds, saving both install time and expense.
The Gladiator also benefits from the original Shur-Co roller bar which maintains permanent sheet tension, and in conjunction with the “ratchet tensioner” and spline groove enables tarp replacement in under 5 minutes!
Both of these unique components and a vast majority of our kits are compatible with most competitor products, making them an easy upgrades regardless of your current equipment .
