In these uncertain times Thompsons eParts will remain open, we will do all we can to accommodate our customers. Please see the below guidelines regarding opening times, delivery times and site restrictions, Any updated information will be posted on this page.

COVID-19 STATEMENT

Current trading hours:

Our current opening hours are:

• Monday-Thursday: 7.00am -5.00pm
• Friday: 7.00am to 12.30pm

Delivery cut off times:

• Monday – Thursday: 3.30pm
• Friday: 11.30am. (Please check when ordering)
• Any orders received after these times will be processed on our return on the next working day.

Delivery times:

• We will aim to ship all stocked parts for next day delivery, however due to current courier and haulier volumes this cannot be guaranteed and deliveries may take longer than normal.

Site restrictions:

• To safeguard our staff and other visitors while we work, we will also restrict access to our offices and warehouses and we ask:
• Please contact us before visiting the site for up to date advice.
• Main gates may be locked and you will need to contact the telephone numbers shown on the gates for access
• Please abide with site rules regarding face coverings and hand cleansing.
